Not all support issues can be resolved remotely. The technician will spend a few minutes with you to try and determine the extent of your problem and suggest the best way to attempt a fix. Your technician will give you a "not to exceed" estimate before any service is performed.
Account and payment information is required before any service will be performed, so please have your billing and credit card information ready. Our rates can be found here.
If your technician recommends attempting to resolve your issue remotely and the problem is not fixed, the accumulated service charges will be credited towards an on-site service call. If you choose not to continue with an on-site service call or if the problem is of a nature that cannot be resolved, you will only be charged for the accumulated diagnostic time.
